Teacher Appreciation

Did some yummy red velvet cupcakes for the school's fall teacher appreciation luncheon today...I used the Red Velvet recipe from Southern Living, their cream cheese frosting recipe is the best EVER!!

I've started baking again. I used to do it a lot before we had kids and then when Thomas was a baby and then I guess life got to crazy with toddlers to do it anymore. But here lately...I don't know...it's become fun again. I think because I have some serious sugar fans who love to eat whatever I'm testing out! The kids really are my biggest fans. They get so excited over whatever I've made. Grace often says we should take pictures of whatever it is we've made, so we've started a blog! Take a close look at the popcorn in the bucket.....mini CUPCAKES!!!!
